Like a fish to water was the right expression to describe Rohan du Plooy(Lights by Linea) as he stepped onto the Bellville velodrome as a track newbie a few months back.

He soon set the racing alight and it wasn’t long before he was on the podiums in the local Cape Town track leagues.
Last Friday saw him take another step up by winning the SA Interprovincial Scratch race after lapping the field.
